The order had been granted when the case came before St Albans Magistrates' Court on Thursday, November 16.
Just five days later, on Tuesday, November 21, Desmidt visited an address in Stevenage, despite the order banning him from doing so.
The case was then brought before Hatfield Magistrates' Court on the same day, and Desmidt was fined £50 for breaching the order. He was also ordered to pay costs of £85.
