Hitchin's Churchgate looks set to get a new clothing store after work began on an empty unit in the shopping centre.
6 Churchgate has stood empty since April this year, when Anas Express was hit with a police closure order to stop "illegal activity".
But, it now appears a new clothing store is set to open in the unit.

Work is under way inside, while mannequins have put up in the window and the previous shop signage has been removed.
Black signage without a name has been put up, and the business moving in is yet to be revealed.
