A business from Letchworth is one of 100 small firms in the UK to be showcased by the Small Business Saturday UK campaign.
My Vegan Artisan Box in Letchworth is a vegan lifestyle subscription box, and was founded by Marta Bernaldez in 2022.
The boxes contain products from other small businesses, including food and drink, snacks, accessories, and beauty products.
Marta's business has now been selected as part of this year's SmallBiz100 line-up, which is run by Small Business Saturday and showcases 100 of the most inspiring independent companies from across the UK.

Small Business Saturday is an annual event, returning this year on December 2, with the aim of supporting and celebrating the 5.5 million small businesses in the UK.
Speaking after My Vegan Artisan Box was selected among their SmallBiz100, Marta said: "We are honoured to be selected as a SmallBiz100. This recognition reflects our dedication to supporting other small businesses and our commitment to promoting products that prioritise the well-being of people, animals and the planet.
"The Small Business Saturday initiative is a celebration of community and a testament of the influence that small businesses can have. We are thrilled to be part of this national movement and eager to further champion the cause of small businesses in our local community and beyond, all while continuing to serve our amazing customers.”
My Vegan Artisan Box was profiled by the campaign on November 11 as part of the 100-day countdown to Small Business Saturday UK.
Michelle Ovens CBE, director of Small Business Saturday UK, said: “It’s fantastic to celebrate My Vegan Artisan Box as part of this year’s campaign.
“The impressive small businesses featured in this year’s SmallBiz100 sum up the phenomenal contribution that small firms make to our economy and local communities.”
Small Business Saturday was founded in 2010, and encourages customers to go out and support their nearby small businesses, such as independent boutiques and eateries.
