If you've ever fancied owning your own pub, now could be your chance, with an Ickleford boozer on the market for £700,000.
The Cricketers in Arlesey Road, which is currently closed, went up for sale back in February and has been listed on the market by Everard Cole.
"The front entrance into the original main bar area dates to1850," the listing reads.
"Traditionally decorated with log burner and exposed timber frames, with potential to extend the bar area into the existing toilet block.
"The owners have added a further bar and function area to the rear, which benefits from it's own bar servery. The area can comfortably seat 50."

There are also "six double rooms" which were previously used as part of the B&B service at The Cricketers, while outside allows for car parking and a pub garden.
Those interested will have work to do though, with the listing continuing: "The property has been extended in recent years and is undergoing a range of works, which are currently on hold and therefore the property is in need of refurbishment in a number of areas."
For those who might want to turn the put into a home, the listing says the property is "suitable for alternative use".
