A popular food spot in Hitchin is still up for sale, with its future looking uncertain.
Chilli B's went on the market back in February, and the listing remains on Rightmove with no prospective buyer found.
The Bucklersbury business offers "a unique selection of breakfast, lunch, brunch, hot and cold drinks, cakes and baked goods", and is one of Hitchin's most popular eating spots, having "an excellent local reputation and a high rate of return custom".
Currently listed by Knightsbridge Business Sales, offers of around £200,000 will be considered, with the sale being offered to "facilitate other, unrelated business interests".
The listing also claims Chilli B's has a "turnover in excess of £352,000, with an earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization of £92,000".
Bill and Sharon took control Greens Food in 2004, and changed the name to Chilli Banana in 2006, a nickname given to their son while on holiday years before.
The name was shortened to Chilli B's when the business opened The Lounge, with the new name a nod to customers who had long been calling it by that name.
"This is very much a family business and the staff that work here are equally enthusiastic that each and every customer receives the best service and tastiest food," the Chilli B's website adds.
