You Me At Six and The All American Rejects have been announced as part of a jam-packed line-up for Slam Dunk Festival 2024.
A celebration of all things pop-punk, emo, metal and alternative music, Hatfield Park will host the festival on Saturday, May 25, before Slam Dunk heads home to Leeds on Saturday, May 26.
Tickets are set to go on sale this Friday at 10am, and are expected to sell out fast.
"We are looking forward to returning to Slam Dunk this year to headline the festival," said You Me At Six’s Josh Franceschi.
"Slam Dunk has given You Me At Six so much over our career and we’ve got a lot of special memories from performing there over the years.
"The line-up is stacked with great artists, so it will be an elite one."
There are plenty of acts coming across the pond from the US, with "Houston TX’s finest pop-punk export" Waterparks, Las Vegas alt-rock trio Palaye Royale, and LA ska punk rockers The Interrupters all set to perform.
Melodic Manchester four-piece Pale Waves are also on the line-up, as well as experimental punk duo Bob Vylan, the alt scene’s spectacular RØRY, Leeds’ very own alt-rockers Artio, making their Slam Dunk debut.
Goldfinger, Pennywise, The Bouncing Souls, The Selecter - led by their iconic frontwoman and aptly crowned the Queen of Ska Pauline Black - joining the line-up, as do the ever-eclectic London ska-punk fusion four-piece, The Skints and California's own ska punk band, Mad Caddies.
Famed for their fan-favourite album, The Greatest Generation, which turned 10 this year, The Wonder Years will be at Slam Dunk, along with L.S. Dunes, La Dispute, One Step Closer, and beloved emo outfit Mom Jeans.
This year's festival – with The Offspring and Enter Shikari as main stage headliners – was sold out, and there were major issues for motorists on the A414 getting onto the Hatfield festival site.
Slam Dunk officials have fully investigated "why things went wrong" and will be introducing "solutions and improvements" for this year.
Slam Dunk Festival South has been held in the grounds of stately home Hatfield House since 2018, having previously been staged at the University of Hertfordshire's College Lane Campus from 2010 to 2017.
