Planning approval is being sought to turn the former Poundland store in Stevenage town centre into a bank.
Lloyds Banking Group has applied to Stevenage Borough Council to change the use of the unit on the corner of Queensway, near The Forum, from retail to a bank.

It has been vacant since Poundland relocated further up Queensway.
