The former Iceland store in Stevenage town centre is opening as Casa China - a shop selling everything from household items to gardenware.
The unit in The Forum has been vacant since January 2022, when Iceland permanently closed.
At the time, a spokesperson for Iceland said: "The store is closing down due to the lease running out on the building, as well as some logistical issues."

Iceland Foods also owns The Food Warehouse on Monkswood Retail Park in Stevenage.
Casa China is "coming soon", according to a notice in the window of the former Iceland unit in The Forum.
Meanwhile, an eclectic mix of items - mainly household - currently line the windows and are being sold from the doorway of the unit.
