North Hertfordshire and Stevenage residents can take advantage of £3 cinema tickets this weekend as Broadway Cinema in Letchworth and Cineworld in Stevenage celebrate National Cinema Day.
On Saturday, September 2, hundreds of cinemas across the UK will be taking part in the initiative which has been organised by the UK Cinema Asociation.
Now in its second year, National Cinema Day encourages people to support their local cinema by buying tickets to see the latest blockbuster for just £3.
Jason Valentine, venues manager for Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation, said: “We’re thrilled that Broadway Cinema will be taking part in National Cinema Day once again.
