Ceilidh band Geckoes are returning to Baldock for the fifth time to take part in the Unicorn Ceilidhs.
The dance event will take place on Friday, September 8 at St Mary's Church Hall, with caller Barry Goodman.
Geckoes, which first formed in 1986, are in the front rank of bands on the English ceilidh scene.
The band has had a few personnel changes since then, but has been playing at dances ever since.
Their roots are in Oxfordshire, but they are influenced by music from around the world, and appear at ceilidhs and folk festivals throughout the country.
