Geek Retreat in Stevenage is preparing to host a Community Craft Faire this weekend.

The Faire, to be held on Sunday, August 20, will be the fourth time Geek Retreat have hosted a similar event.

The community boardgame café, located in Stevenage town centre, will host more than ten stalls from local artisans, selling handmade wares including custom art pieces, handbound notebooks, and dice sets for all your game-playing needs.

Dan Sullivan and Kim Stevenson, co-managers of Geek Retreat Stevenage, said: "This Sunday sees the Community Craft Faire return to Geek Retreat Stevenage for its fourth installment!

"The crafters are truly bringing it to Geek Retreat on Park Place in Stevenage this weekend.

"And our staff will be on hand all day to make you our usual tasty milkshakes and treats to keep you fuelled during your shopping trip!"

Doors open at 11am, and anybody who would be interested in selling at a future craft faire is invited to speak to the team at Geek Retreat.

The community boardgame café recently entered its second year in business, after a successful first 12 months.
