Hertfordshire saw the ninth fewest drunk and disorderly arrests per 100,000 people across the UK in 2022.
According to research conducted by training firm Get Licensed, the county's police service recorded 235 arrests for drunk and disorderly behaviour last year, with nearby Bedfordshire recording just 133.
This gave Hertfordshire Constabulary 19.57 arrests for the offence per 100,000 people, and Bedfordshire 18.84 per 100,000.

Staffordshire saw the least arrests per 100,000, at just 4.14 and a total of 47.
A spokesperson for Hertfordshire Constabulary said: "Hertfordshire Constabulary recorded 235 arrests for drunk and disorderly offences in 2022.
"We encourage people to drink responsibly to stay safe. Drunken behaviour can result in police action, such as a fine or an arrest.
"We regularly run campaigns to encourage safe drinking and we would like to thank those who follow our advice.”
