A man has been arrested on suspicion of drug offences in Hitchin.
Police officers from the North Hertfordshire Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) conducted a warrant - carried out under Section 8 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 - at a property on Hardy Close on Thursday, July 6.
During the operation, a 23-year-old man was arrested on suspicion with intent to supply class A and class B drugs and the cultivation of cannabis.
He has been released on police bail while enquiries continue.
PC Grace Moore, from the North Herts SNT, said: “This proactive work is designed to deter and disrupt any suspected criminal drug activity which harms our community.
