Hertfordshire residents are being told to be cautious this week as weather forecasters issue weather warnings.
It comes as the Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for much of the east and southeast of England.
It comes after weeks of rain with some sunshine and humid weather affecting many areas, including Hertfordshire.
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning from 9am until 7pm on Wednesday, August 2.

The warning is also expected to see heavy showers impact the region, as the Met Office shares that it may cause some flooding and travel disruption.
Residents are being told to expect some possible damage to a few buildings and structures from lightning strikes.
Driving conditions are also expected to be affected by spray, standing water and hail, leading to longer journey times by car and bus.

A Met Office spokesperson said: "Heavy showers and thunderstorms are expected during Wednesday.
"Where they do develop they could be slow-moving and persistent with as much as 20-25 mm of rain falling within an hour and possibly 40 mm in 2-3 hours in a few places. Lightning and hail will be additional hazards."
