Hitchin's former Paperchase store is set to be replaced by Oliver Bonas this September.
The stationery retailer closed 106 stores nationwide back in February, with Hitchin and three other Hertfordshire stores among them.
The unit in Bancroft has stood vacant ever since, but it will get a new resident later this year, when Oliver Bonas moves in.

The homeware and fashion chain will open its new store on September 1, providing a boost to Hitchin's high street.
Oliver Bonas has been advertising a number of positions in the shop for a number of months, and will see the retailer add to their more than 80 sites across the UK.
