A popular Baldock restaurant is set to open a location in Letchworth.
Chez Burton, on Baldock's High Street, aims to bring "that fine dining experience, without any of the formalities".
The site has a 4.5 star rating on TripAdvisor, with 34 of the location's 43 reviewers giving it the full five star rating.
A range of small plates are served, partnered with cocktails and fine wine.

The team behind the restaurant, Neill and Jacqui Burton, are now set to open a cocktail and wine bar in Letchworth.
It will be located at the former site of La Concha, at Letchworth train station.
The new site will serve food, but not to the extent of the Baldock restaurant.
This is due to the size of the kitchen.

The move has been a long-term aspiration for Neill and Jacqui.
The duo told the Comet: "We always wanted this Letchworth site but it wasn’t available.
"We had had many great evenings in the old tapas place and loved the history of this building.
"We opened Chez Burton Baldock just after lockdown and ploughed our energy into this one, thinking that the Letchworth location just wasn’t to be.
"When it fell derelict, we approached Network Rail, who owns the building, and asked if we could take it over.
"It was never our intention to have multiple locations - we still work full time jobs in cyber security after all - but we just couldn’t resist taking the opportunity with the place that first triggered our dream of owning our own Bar/Restaurant."
Neill and Jacqui are keen to maintain the history of the building, and will therefore be naming their new location The Waiting Room by Chez Burton.
They continued: "We will serve cheeseboards, charcuteries, nibbles etc., but the kitchen is nowhere near big enough to serve the level of intricate small plate dishes that Chez Burton Baldock is known for.
"We have a lot of refurb to do so we are still a few months away from opening the doors as we want everything perfect before we do.
