Stevenage Magistrates Court – June 5
Robyn Morgan: 37, of Gosselin Road, Hertford. On August 22 drove a Peugeot 207 on M1 junction 22-21, Shenley while using a hand-held mobile phone. Fined £40 plus ordered to pay victim services £16 and court costs £90. Driving record endorsed with 6 points.
Gemma Recardo: 37, of Larch Close, Stotfold. On October 21, 2021 drove a Fiat Punto on Dallow Road, Luton when there was no insurance in place to cover the use of the vehicle. Fined £155 plus ordered to pay victim services £34 and court costs £90. Driving record endorsed with 6 points.
Stevenage Magistrates Court – June 7
Gurdail Bains: 48, of Wilbury Road, Letchworth Garden City. On March 5, 2020, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Mercedes Sport who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £345 plus ordered to pay victim services £34 and court costs £100. Driving record endorsed with 6 points.
Hatfield Magistrates Court – June 9
John Layton: 57, of Haynes Close, Welwyn Garden City. On June 2 was in possession of a quantity of cocaine and heroin at Southend Station. Fined £240 plus ordered to pay victim services £34 and court costs £85.
Stevenage Magistrates Court – June 9
Kerry Hewitt: 36, of The Glebe, Stevenage. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Stevenage Magistrates Court on October 19 by failing to attend planned appointments. Fined £200.
Tina Lamb: 20, of Bell Close, Meldreth. Failed to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment by failing to attend planned office appointments. Fined £100.
Stevenage Magistrates Court – June 12
Lisa Copeland: 33, of Whormerley Road, Stevenage. On May 23 was drunk and disorderly at Stevenage Railway Station. Ordered to pay victim services £26 and court costs £85.
