The TK Maxx store in Stevenage is set to move across town later this month.
It is currently situated in the Forum in the town centre, but that store will be closing on Monday, June 26.
But three days later, on Thursday, June 29, the chain will open its new store at the Roaring Meg retail park elsewhere in Stevenage.
The move comes after the landlord for the Forum site served notice on TK Maxx last year, forcing them to close the store.
A planning application has been submitted for the redevelopment of the Forum, which will see the amount of retail space halved.

Planning permission for the new TK Maxx store at the Roaring Meg retail park was granted last year by Stevenage Borough Council.
The new store, in Unit 4A, will be a combined TK Maxx and Homesense outlet. Previous occupiers of the unit include Toys R Us and VFM Home Living.
