Police have released images of two men they would like to identify following a distraction theft inside a bank in Hitchin.
The incident occurred at around midday on Wednesday, May 10, inside Barclays Bank in the High Street.
It is reported that a man had his bank card stolen while at an ATM and replaced by a card that had also been stolen and belonged to someone else.
PCSO Cynthia Combe, from the Hitchin Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: "Our enquiries are continuing, and we are releasing these CCTV images because we believe the men pictured may have been in the area at the time and could assist with our enquiries.
"If this is you, you recognise the men pictured, or saw anyone acting suspiciously at this time, please contact me on cynthia.combe@herts.police.uk.
