Two teenage boys have been arrested following an altercation reportedly involving a knife on Friday afternoon, and police are appealing for the victim to come forward.
The incident occurred on the cycle path in Six Hills Way in Stevenage at around 2.28pm.
It is reported that there was an altercation between two teenage boys and a man on a bike. During the altercation, it was alleged that a knife was seen, which was later recovered.
Two 15-year-old boys have been arrested on suspicion of possession of a bladed article and affray, and released on bail while police enquiries continue.

Detective Constable Holly Dawson said: "A passing member of the public reported the incident to police, but the man on the bike had already left before officers arrived and we’re asking him to please come forward as part of our continuing enquiries.
