After six months of demolition work, the final section of the vast Icon office building in Stevenage is now being pulled down, making way for a development of seven tower blocks of flats.
The Lytton Way building - known locally as 'the eagle', due to its shape - had been vacant for years.
Now, seven tower blocks of flats up to 16 storeys high are due to be built on the site.

Stevenage Borough Council refused planning permission for the 576 flats, concerned about the height, design and appearance of the development, and that the project would be "an over development of the site".
The local authority also raised concerns over the "demand on the infrastructure", but two subsequent public inquiries found in the developer's favour.
