Two women were allegedly assaulted by a man in Stevenage Old Town on Sunday, April 30.
It is reported that between 1am and 1.30am on April 30, two women were waiting on a wall outside the Cromwell Hotel on the High Street, when a man approached them.
The man allegedly began to verbally and physically assault the women, with the assault continuing on into Walkern Road.
Police officers are appealing for witnesses and information following an alleged assault in Stevenage.
PC Gemma Hutchinson, investigating, is appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time and saw the altercation, or who has any information that could help the investigation, to get in touch.
