Teenage brain tumour patient Luke Webber, who lives in Stevenage, joined others to raise more than £1,180 by spearheading a charity takeover day at Queens Park Rangers Football Club.
QPR fan Luke, a pupil at Barclay Academy, travelled to the club to help raise awareness and collect donations for Brain Tumour Research.
Luke, 15, said: "It was a really enjoyable experience, with everyone I spoke to seeming genuinely interested in learning about the charity and my personal connection to it."
