The future of Cineworld - including the cinema in Stevenage - remains at risk, with the brand announcing it has received no all-cash offers to save the business since it fell into administration in September.
On Friday, Cineworld said it has "received non-binding proposals from a number of potential transaction counterparties for some or all of the group's business", but that "none of these proposals involve an all-cash bid for the entire business".
This puts the future of all 129 UK and Irish Cineworld cinemas at risk.

However, Cineworld said "discussions suggest there is a route" to recovery, but admitted "it is not expected that any sale transaction will provide any recovery" for shareholders.
For now, the chain's screens remain fully operational and open as usual.
