It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas across Stevenage, as the town's two annual light switch-ons took place last week.
On Thursday, crowds gathered to enjoy the fesitivities in Town Sqaure - complete with ice skating and fairground rides at the town's new 'Event Island'.
Local dance groups took to the stage to entertain the crowds ahead of the big switch-on. At 6.30pm, the Christmas lights were switched on by this year’s special guests – Britain's Got Talent semi-finalist Immi Davis, Stevenage FC striker Luke Norris and Boro Bear.
