Stevenage get non-league opposition away for the second time after the draw for the FA Cup second round.
Boro beat Gateshead 3-2 on Saturday in a game that was far closer than it should have been.
The journey will be a lot shorter than Tyneside with King's Lynn Town the opposition.
The Linnets are third in National League North following their relegation from the National League last season, winning nine and drawing three of their 14 league games.
They saw off Doncaster Rovers in Yorkshire on Saturday having already gone though Bedford Town, Kettering Town and Ashington.
The ties will be played over the weekend of November 26 and 27.
