South Shields, who play in the third step of non-league in the Northern Premier League Premier Division, host League One Forest Green Rovers in a midday kick-off at Mariner's Park, that game screened on BBC1.
There are two games being shown live on Sunday.
Wrexham's clash with Oldham Athletic will be on ITV at 12.30pm and it will be followed by Torquay United against Derby County, kick-off at Plainooor at 3pm.
The final live game will round of the weekend.
Bracknell Town, another step three club, are at home to League One Ipswich Town with the kick-off on ITV4 coming at 7.45pm on Monday evening.
It means Stevenage's trip to the Gateshead International Stadium will, barring any last minute changes, take place on Saturday, November 5, with a 3pm kick-off.
