A dental practice is offering free mouth cancer checks in order to raise awareness of the condition.
Members of the public are invited to visit Smilecraft Dental Care, on Stevenage High Street, on Wednesday for Mouth Cancer Awareness Day.
The screening will be led by Dr Bradley Abrahams, a longstanding supporter of the Mouth Cancer Foundation.
He said: “I am extremely keen to encourage regular examinations for all age groups to help avoid suspicious lesions being missed.”
Screenings will be available between 11am-2pm and 4pm-7pm.
