Missiles manufactured at MBDA in Stevenage could be deployed to help Ukraine fight against Russia's invasion.
Stevenage MP Stephen McPartland addressed Secretary of State for Defence, the Rt Hon Ben Wallace MP, in the House of Commons.
He said: "I'd like to pay tribute to our brave Ukrainian friends and commend the secretary of state on his steadfast support for them.
"Stevenage is home to MBDA, which manufactures Brimstone. Can the Secretary of State clarify whether or not we will be making Brimstone available?"
Mr Wallace said: "MBDA has done an amazing job.
"I don't have any objection, in principle, to some of the Brimstone variants being deployed into Ukraine.
"They are short-range missiles, with a range of about seven kilometres. They are not strategic. Brimstone would be a tactical weapon system, with it's range, but, nonetheless, a very efficient and capable system."
