Jeremiah Joseph O'KEEFFE "Jerry" Sadly passed away on 5 November 2024, aged 60 Years. Dearly loved and missed by his family and all who knew him. The funeral service will be held at Harwood Park Crematorium on Wednesday 4th December at 2:45pm. No flowers please.
