BLOXHAM Raynor Desmond
Ray sadly passed away aged 88 following a long illness bravely borne.
He served as Councillor on North Hertfordshire District Council from 1974 to 1989 becoming Chairman of the Council in 1980. He also served on the board of the Letchworth Garden City Corporation, as a Magistrate and Samaritan.
Dearly loved and missed by his wife Olive, daughter, son and grandchildren.
His funeral will be held in his home town of Irthington, Cumbria.
