So sorry for the loss of your amazing dad David Barr one of the best residents in Exeter close which I was my first house in stevenage from London as a 4 year old. Then I met Joe an Louisa Bar.r .. the Barr family are one of the best . RIP Mr Barr 🙏 condolences for the family at this sad time xx Terry Arthur mbe xx
