JAMES WATTS 'Jim' Passed away peacefully on Saturday 4th February 2023 at 7 Michael Muir House. Jim will be greatly missed by all he family and friends. Funeral Service to take place on Tuesday 28th February 2023 at North Hertfordshire Memorial Park & Crematorium at 3:00 PM.
