MARJORIE McCARLEY 1937- 2022 It is with great sadness that I announce the death of my wonderful mother, who passed away peacefully at home, after a short illness. A much loved mum and dear friend to many. Mum was very active in Wymondley Baptist Church for decades, in the local community and she wrote the weekly column for Wymondley in the "Town and Around" section of the Comet newspaper for many years. She is now in Heaven with the Lord, whom she loved and served so much throughout her life and is reunited with her husband Alan. A Memorial service will take place at Wymondley Baptist Church on Thursday 19th January at 2.00pm.
