CLLR JUDI BILLING MBE Mother, grandmother, great grandmother and councillor for Hitchin (Bearton) for 42 years. Judi passed away after a short stay at Lister Hospital on Thursday 24th November 2022, aged 71, with her family around her. The funeral service will take place at St Mary's Church, Hitchin, on Friday 16th December 2022 at 2pm. Family flowers only please.
