STEVENSON Hazel, previously of Cuttys Lane, Stevenage, passed away on 18th September in Lostwithiel. Beloved wife of the late Peter and loving mother to Wendy, Paul and Melanie, devoted grandmother and great grandmother. The funeral service will take place at Harwood Park Crematorium on Monday 17th October at 1.15pm. Family flowers only.
