02.03.1961 - 31.12.2018 Passed away peacefully on the 31st December 2018 aged 57 years. Loving wife to Kevan, wonderful mum to Rachel, who will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service will be held at Harwood Park Crematorium on Monday 21st January 2019 at 11:45am.
