Frances Gertrude Cooper “Topsy" 27.02.1927 - 23.01.2019 It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Frances of Heathermere, Letchworth, Aged 91. She will be missed by all her family and friends. The funeral will take place on Friday 8th February at North Hertfordshire Memorial Park and Crematorium at 11am. Family flowers only please but donations to Cancer Research UK care of E.H. Crouch 01462 682868.
