EADY Hazel, sadly passed away Tuesday 12th February aged 80 Years. Hazel was a much loved Mother, Grandmother and Friend to many and will be dearly missed. The funeral is to take place at Harwood Park Crematorium Thursday 7th March at 2:45pm. Family Flowers only.
