22/7/1921 - 15/3/2019 Sadie of Macfadyen Webb House, Letchworth sadly passed away peacefully aged 97 years at the Lister Hospital, Stevenage after a short illness. She was a much loved Mum, Sister, NanNan and friend who will be greatly missed but never fogotten by all who knew her. A celebration of her life will be held at Holwell Crematorium on 15/04/19 at 13:00. She has requested no black be worn. Family flowers only. Donations if you wish to Help for Heroes.
