John Edwards Middlebrook 15.06.1938 – 20.04.2019 It is with sadness that we announce the passing of John at Burleigh House Nursing Home, Aged 80. He will be deeply missed by all family and friends. The funeral will take place on Friday 10th May 2019 at North Hertfordshire Crematorium, SG5 3RT at 2pm. No flowers please but donations directly to the Alzheimers Society. Any Enquiries to E.H.
