GRIFFETT James Tenor Formerly of Stevenage, but lived in Ilkley for 45 years. Died at home on August 11th, after a long, brave battle against cancer, with his family around him. Jim was the beloved and darling husband of Cathy, devoted father/father-in-law of Annabel and Nathan, Tom and Frances, and loving Baba of Daisy and Poppy. He was buried at Tarn Moor Memorial Woodland, with his beautiful singing of the Ave Maria floating across the valley. We will be celebrating his life and music on September 21st in Ilkley.
