Jack sadly passed after a short illness. Loving father of Garry, Tony and Angela, Grandfather to Danyele and Charlene, Great-Grandfather to Jasmine Lillian. He will be sadly missed. 17th April 1935 - 6th September 2019 The funeral will take place on Wednesday 25th September 2019 at Harwood Park Crematorium at 11:00 am.
