08.08.1939 - 21.01.2020 It is with great sadness that we annouce the passing of John, aged 80. He will be deeply missed by all his family and friends. The funeral will take place on Tuesday 4th February, at Harwood Park Crematorium at 10:15am. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, can be made payable to East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust, please specify allocation to The Renal Unit at Lister Hospital.
