Our beautiful Sarah sadly passed away peacefully at Lister Hospital on 19th January 2020. A loving Mum, Daughter, Sister and Friend who will be sorely missed, but forever remembered. The Funeral Service will be on Thursday 6th February 2020 at 1pm at North Hertfordshire Memorial Park and Crematorium, Holwell, followed by the reception at Hitchin Football Club. Please wear bright colours.
