Peacefully on 18th December 2020 aged 98 years. With great sadness Bills family announce his passing. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. A private service will take place at North Hertfordshire Memorial Park and Crematorium. A further announcement providing details of a memorial service at St Marys Church, Hitchin will follow in the near future. Family flowers only please.
