KATHRIN MONIKA SWEENEY (PIC) Sadly passed away on 22nd December 2020 at home with her daughter by her side. A much-loved mum, auntie and a friend to many, she will be greatly missed. Due to restrictions a private funeral service will be held at Harwood Park Crematorium on Tuesday 26th January 2021 at 11:00am.
