SAMUEL FREDERICK VINCENT (known as Sam) 01.01.1928 - 05.01.2021 Sadly Sam passed away on the Tuesday 5th January in Lister Hospital at the age of 93. A much loved Dad of Graham Paul Janet, daughter in law Elsie all his grandchildren and great great grandchildren who loved him. After 14 years reunited with beloved wife Rita. We would like to thank all the NHS staff that looked after Dad. You may wish to donate a few pounds to the British Heart Foundation of which our Dad was a great supporter.
