ALAN CHALKLEY It is with great sadness that the family of Alan Geoffrey Chalkley announces his passing on January 28th 2021, at the age of 70. Alan passed away peacefully at his home in Arlesey and will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Yvonne, his sons Stewart, Phillip and Ian and his two brothers, David and Simon. His grandchildren, Ben, Thomas, Oliver, Ebony and Molly will fondly remember their time with Grandad. Alan spent his working life with British Telecom. He was an avid stockcar fan; he loved nothing more than building and repairing cars in his garage, and cheering on his family and friends at the racetrack. The funeral service will be held at North Hertfordshire Memorial Park Crematorium, at 2pm on Friday 5th March. Unfortunately only limited numbers are able to attend due to current restrictions.
