DOREEN JEAN RIX 6th January 1924 – 3rd March 2021 (97 years) Sadly, passed away peacefully at Swiss Cottage Nursing Home, Leighton Buzzard on Wednesday 3rd March, following a short illness. A much-respected JP and ex Town Councillor of Arlesey, a mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to many, she was loved by all. She will be sadly missed. Funeral will take place at North Herts Memorial Park and Crematorium. Sadly, unfortunately we have reached our capacity. The family would dearly love people (if they so wish) to ‘pay their respects/wave her goodbye as the hearse makes its way through the village.
